Une entreprise multinationale dynamique recherche un Project Manager (GenAI) pour le projet Seargin. Le rôle implique la gestion de projets innovants dans le secteur pharmaceutique, avec une responsabilité clé dans la gestion des clients internes et la coordination des équipes. Ce poste est à distance, réservé uniquement pour des candidats basés en Pologne, et nécessite au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans des environnements pharmaceutiques.

Formación

• Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet dans des secteurs pharmaceutiques, biotechnologiques ou de santé.
• Expérience avec des projets d'IA et d'apprentissage machine très souhaitable.
• Compétences organisationnelles et de gestion de projet solides.

Responsabilidades

• Gérer la coordination des équipes interfonctionnelles, y compris les rédacteurs médicaux et les développeurs.
• Développer des plans de projet détaillés, garantissant la livraison dans les délais.
• Assurer un contrôle qualité rigoureux pour tous les contenus générés par IA.

Tasks :

Internal Client Management :

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their requirements are met
• Facilitate regular communication with internal stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and gather feedback.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients to ensure satisfaction and alignment with project goals.

Team Coordination :

• Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams including medical writers, data scientists and developers.
• Organize and lead regular project meetings to ensure alignment and timely progress.
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

Project Planning and Execution :

• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and meet the defined scope.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

Quality Assurance :

• Ensure rigorous quality control checks are in place for all AI-generated content.
• Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet regulatory guidelines, brand guidelines, and GSK standards.
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.

Resource Management :

• Coordinate internal resources effectively and efficiently to achieve project goals.
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

Product Improvement :

• Work with AI development teams to identify opportunities for process optimization to achieve cost and time efficiencies.
• Contribute to the iterative improvement of AI content generation products to enhance their accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.
• Gather user feedback and incorporate insights into subsequent iterations of the AI product.

Stakeholder Communication :

• Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and solutions.

Requirements :

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare settings
• Experience with AI and machine learning projects is highly desirable.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Jira
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to risk management.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
