Formación

• 3-5 years experience as a Project Manager delivering ERP/FP&A solutions.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and related technologies.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications are desirable.

Job Description

We are a leading vendor specializing in ERP and FP&A solutions and are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering our solutions to clients, ensuring successful implementation, and fostering long-term relationships. This is an exciting opportunity for dynamic individuals passionate about project management and ERP technology.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning: Lead the planning and execution of solution implementation projects, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
2. Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with client expectations and business goals.
3. Solution Delivery: Coordinate with internal teams, including developers, consultants, and support staff, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client requirements.
4. Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure clear communication, alignment of priorities, and timely resolution of issues.
5. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and implement proactive measures to mitigate them effectively.
6. Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate a smooth transition to the new solution, including training, communication, and user support initiatives.
7. Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure delivered solutions meet standards of functionality, reliability, and performance.
8. Project Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, change logs, and relevant artifacts.
9. Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, product enhancement, and knowledge sharing to drive overall project and organizational success.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
2. Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) as a Project Manager delivering ERP/FP&A solutions or similar software implementations.
3. Strong understanding of ERP systems and related technologies.
4. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage project scope, and deliver results within budget and timelines.
5. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client management skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
6. PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications are desirable.
7. Experience with Agile or other iterative project management methodologies is a plus.
