Formación

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Service Wind Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, technical knowledge of wind turbine drive trains. This role requires excellent English communication skills and a proven track record of managing and expanding a client portfolio. Contacts or previous experience with specialized workshops will be highly valued. If you have many years of proven experience as an expert technician for service of Wind drivetrain turbines, have an extensive network of contacts among all stakeholders in this industry, but have limited experience in sales, we also encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Manage and expand a portfolio of existing clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and forecast sales performance.
  • Provide technical support and expertise on wind turbine drive train components to customers.
  • Collaborate with engineering, service, and product development teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with specialized workshops.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in wind energy sector.
  • Knowledge in using Salesforce for sales management and reporting.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of wind turbine drive train components.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow a portfolio of clients.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively across Spain and Portugal.
  • Contacts or previous experience with Service Wind customer decision maker and specialized workshops is highly valued.
