Job description

We are seeking a passionate Project Manager focused on healthcare innovation, with expertise in software medical devices, eager to lead transformative projects in digital health.

This key role involves managing the development and implementation of healthcare technology projects from conception to delivery. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between commercial and technical teams, translating customer needs into technical specifications, ensuring compliance with high standards, budget, and timelines, while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

1. Project planning and execution: Developing detailed project plans, managing scope, schedule, and costs to ensure successful delivery.
2. Customer interaction: Guiding clients through the technical aspects of our product and its integration via APIs.
3. Team liaison: Facilitating communication between commercial and product teams to translate customer needs into technical specifications.
4. Technical and regulatory advisory: Supporting customers in understanding technical, regulatory, and data protection issues related to our software medical device.
5. Requirements analysis: Ensuring project needs align with product goals and customer expectations.
6. Providing a comprehensive view of healthcare processes to aid solution development.
7. Defining development requirements and ensuring accurate product documentation.
8. Contributing to product strategy adjustments to ensure market relevance.

Must have

• Proven experience in project management within the development of software medical devices in health, biotech, or digital health sectors.
• Knowledge of AI applications in health, especially dermatology or related fields.
• Technical skills in PHP, JavaScript, or Python.
• Understanding of medical device regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Basic knowledge of data protection laws like GDPR and HIPAA.
• Familiarity with healthcare management systems and standards such as FHIR and HL7v2.
• Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including B2B dynamics and regulatory environment for software medical devices.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with technical teams, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders.
• Leadership experience managing multifunctional teams in dynamic settings.
• Degree in Business Administration, Health Management, Biotechnology, or related fields.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly valued.
