Job description

We are seeking a passionate Project Manager focused on healthcare innovation, with expertise in software medical devices, eager to lead transformative projects in digital health.

This key role involves overseeing development and implementation from conception to delivery, bridging the gap between commercial and technical teams, translating customer needs into actionable specifications, and ensuring solutions meet standards, budget, and regulatory requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Project planning and execution: Develop detailed plans, manage scope, schedule, costs, ensuring successful delivery.
2. Customer interaction: Guide clients through technical processes and API integrations, ensuring understanding and smooth implementation.
3. Team liaison: Facilitate communication between commercial and product teams to translate customer needs into technical specifications.
4. Technical and regulatory support: Advise customers on use cases, technical integration, regulatory compliance, and data protection.
5. Requirements analysis: Assess project needs to align with product goals and customer expectations.
6. Healthcare process understanding: Provide insights into healthcare workflows to support solution development.
7. Product documentation: Define development requirements and ensure comprehensive documentation.
8. Product strategy: Contribute to strategy definition and adjustment to ensure market relevance.

**Must have:**
Proven experience in project management, especially in software medical devices within health, biotech, or digital health sectors.
Knowledge of AI applications in health, particularly dermatology.
Technical skills in PHP, JavaScript, or Python.
Understanding of medical device regulation, data privacy laws (GDPR, HIPAA), and healthcare systems (HIS/EHR, RIS, LIS, PACS, ERP, standards like FHIR and HL7v2).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Degree in Business Administration, Health Management, Biotechnology, or related fields.
Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly valued.
