Job description
We are seeking a passionate Project Manager focused on healthcare innovation, with expertise in software medical devices, eager to lead transformative projects in digital health.

This key role involves managing the development and implementation of healthcare technology projects from conception to delivery. The ideal candidate will bridge commercial and technical teams, translating customer needs into technical specifications, ensuring solutions meet high standards, stay within budget and timeline, and comply with regulatory requirements.

Your responsibilities will include guiding clients through technical processes and API integrations, emphasizing the importance of technical expertise combined with regulatory knowledge for seamless software integration.
Key responsibilities include:

1. Developing and managing detailed project plans, overseeing scope, schedule, and costs.
2. Interacting daily with customers to explain technical processes and integrations.
3. Acting as a liaison between commercial and product teams to ensure customer needs are translated into technical specifications.
4. Providing technical and regulatory support to clients regarding product use cases and compliance issues.
5. Assessing project needs and specifications to align with product and customer expectations.
6. Offering a holistic view of healthcare processes to support solution development.
7. Defining development requirements and ensuring comprehensive product documentation.
8. Contributing to product strategy and adjustments to ensure market relevance.

Must have:
- Proven experience in project management within software medical devices, biotech, or digital health sectors.
- Knowledge of AI applications in health, especially dermatology.
- Programming skills in PHP, JavaScript, or Python.
- Understanding of medical device regulation and compliance.
- Basic knowledge of data protection laws (GDPR, HIPAA).
- Familiarity with healthcare management systems and standards (FHIR, HL7).
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Leadership experience in dynamic environments.
- Degree in Business, Health Management, Biotechnology, or related.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
