Drees & Sommer Digital Services in Málaga is seeking an experienced Project Manager for GRC to lead cybersecurity governance, risk and compliance initiatives across international teams. You will define scope, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's in IT/Engineering, 5+ years of PM experience, PMP preferred, ISO 27001 knowledge, ITIL experience, and strong communication across cultures. English proficiency is mandatory; Spanish beneficial.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, ideally in international environments.
• PMP or comparable certification is preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, Governance frameworks, and ISO Management Systems.
• Knowledge of ITSM and ITIL practices.
• Experience in Operational Governance and Risk Management.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Ability to work across cultures and time zones.
• High level of English (written and spoken).

YOUR TASKS

Your responsibilities:

• Maintain and support the Cybersecurity GRC project portfolio
• Prioritize projects and resources in alignment with business and departmental objectives
• Support the Head of Department in the successful delivery of initiatives and projects
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements
• Lead international project teams and ensure effective communication and collaboration across locations
• Monitor project progress, budgets, risks, and quality standards
• Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address project risks and challenges
• Engage and collaborate with international stakeholders, vendors, and business partners
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and governance requirements
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, lessons learned, and final project reviews

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, ideally in international environments
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or comparable certification is preferred
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, Governance frameworks, and ISO Management Systems
• Knowledge of ITSM and ITIL practices
