Drees & Sommer Digital Services in Málaga is seeking an experienced Project Manager for GRC to lead cybersecurity governance, risk and compliance initiatives across international teams. You will define scope, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's in IT/Engineering, 5+ years of PM experience, PMP preferred, ISO 27001 knowledge, ITIL experience, and strong communication across cultures. English proficiency is mandatory; Spanish beneficial.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, ideally in international environments.
• PMP or comparable certification is preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, Governance frameworks, and ISO Management Systems.
• Knowledge of ITSM and ITIL practices.
• Experience in Operational Governance and Risk Management.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Ability to work across cultures and time zones.
• High level of English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and support the Cybersecurity GRC project portfolio.
• Prioritize projects and resources to align with business and departmental objectives.
• Support the Head of Department in delivering initiatives and projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and resources.
• Lead international project teams and ensure effective communication across locations.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, risks and quality standards.
• Develop mitigation strategies to address project risks and challenges.
• Engage with international stakeholders, vendors and partners.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and governance requirements.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, lessons learned and final reviews.
