Drees & Sommer España is expanding its IT team in Málaga and is seeking a System Administrator focused on identity management and security. You will help administer and improve server and cloud systems, ensuring data integrity and availability while aligning with ISO 27001 requirements.

Join a diverse, international environment where you collaborate on Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365 and Exchange, develop automation scripts, and contribute to internal documentation and IT projects.

Formación

• At least 3 years of professional IT experience, including IAM.
• Experience with Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Knowledge of cloud identity solutions and IAM best practices.
• Experience with Windows and/or Linux servers.
• English at C1 level.

Responsabilidades

• Be an active member of the System Administration Team.
• Support Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives, including ISO 27001 requirements.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and administration of server, storage, and backup systems.
• Monitor and support the availability, performance, and security of IT services and infrastructure.
• Collaborate on Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Exchange.
• Develop and maintain scripts to support automation and operational efficiency.
• Participate in IT infrastructure projects and create technical documentation.

Job Description

Join a growing and diverse IT team delivering innovative cloud-based solutions in international, high-profile projects. As Drees & Sommer continues to expand in Málaga, you will work with experienced colleagues across the globe, gaining exposure to multiple technologies and products in a fast-growing and people-centric environment.

As part of the System Administration team, you will support the administration and continuous improvement of server and cloud systems, ensuring the integrity, availability, and security of data and digital identities. With a focus on Identity Management, you will contribute to the standardization, automation, and optimization of IT services while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Become an active member of the System Administration Team
• Support Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives, including compliance-related requirements such as ISO 27001
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and administration of server, storage, and backup systems
• Monitor and support the availability, performance, and security of IT services and infrastructure
• Collaborate on Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Exchange
• Develop and maintain scripts to support automation and operational efficiency
• Participate in IT infrastructure projects, e.g. for migrations, expansions, and optimization initiatives.
• Creating technical documentation and guidelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, completed IT training, or a comparable qualification
• We also welcome career changers with a high affinity for IT, at least 3 years of professional experience, and a understanding of Identity Management processes and Application Security
• Experience working with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
• Good knowledge of Identity Management processes and access governance principles
• Experience with Windows Server and/or Linux Server environments
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud-based identity solutions
• Ability to work collaboratively in project environments and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to continuous improvement
• High level of English (C1) is required
