Требования: опыт в моушн-дизайне, знание After Effects/Premiere и англ. языика. Условия — дружелюбная команда, доступ к AI-инструментам и гибкость в работе над несколькими проектами.

Formación

• Опыт моушн-дизайна для платных медиа-каналов (Meta, TikTok, YouTube).
• Опыт в перформанс-маркетинге и/или рекламе для привлечения пользователей.
• Свободное владение английским языком (письменно и устно).
• Умение работать в быстром темпе и управлять несколькими проектами.
• Навыки использования инструментов AI и креативных платформ для генерации контента.

Responsabilidades

• Производство большого количества вариаций motion-роликов и итерации по результатам аналитики.
• Преобразование бренд-элементов в визуальные активы для разных аудиторий по платным каналам.
• Чтение и интерпретация метрик эффективности (CTR, ROAS, вовлечённость) и превращение инсайтов в решения.
• Связь творческих решений с бизнес-результатами и итерации на их основе.
• Сотрудничество с кросс-функциональными командами для соблюдения единого стиля бренда.
• Поиск инноваций и экспериментов с моушн-техниками и инструментами ИИ.
• Собственный полный цикл креатива — от идеи до финального монтажа.

Задачи

• Produce a high volume of motion ad variations and iterate based on performance data and creative feedback
• Translate brand essence into visual assets for diverse audiences across paid channels
• Read and interpret performance metrics across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other channels
• Connect creative decisions to business outcomes and use data to guide iterations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across touchpoints
• Champion innovation and experimentation with motion techniques and AI tools
• Balance creativity with problem-solving while keeping the end user in mind
• Embrace feedback and iterate continuously
• Own the full creative process from concept to final cut.

Требования

• Proven experience in motion design for paid media channels, including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Display
• Experience in performance marketing and/or user acquisition ads
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects without losing quality or attention to detail
• Hands-on experience with AI-native tools such as Kling, Sora, Seedance, ElevenLabs, Nanobana, RunwayML, Midjourney, or Adobe Firefly
• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Solid understanding of motion principles, colour theory, and typography for short-form and paid formats
• Ability to interpret paid media performance data, including CTR, ROAS, and engagement rates, and turn insights into creative decisions
• Portfolio showcasing motion work across paid or digital channels, with creative range and strategic thinking
• Video editing skills
• Nice to have: additional languages, Figma.
