Formación

• Уверенное знание методологий Agile и Scrum; знания AI-решений.

Responsabilidades

• Руководство AI-проектами от начала до передачи сервиса.
• Работа в роли PM и Scrum Master для AI-инициатив.
• Координация междисциплинарных команд: AI, backend, frontend, RPA, QA, безопасность.
• Обеспечение соответствия контрактным Milestones, SLA и требованиям качества.

Lead artificial intelligence projects end to end, from initiation through delivery and transition to service; Act as Project Manager and Scrum Master for AI initiatives; Provide technical leadership and guide architecture, design, and solution coherence decisions; Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across AI, backend, frontend, RPA, QA, and security; Ensure compliance with contractual milestones, SLAs, and quality requirements; Act as the primary contact for client stakeholders; Identify and manage project risks, including AI-specific risks; Support critical incident management, including availability outside working hours when necessary.

Требования

Have at least 8 years of project management experience, including at least 2 years in artificial intelligence projects; Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and managing solution delivery; Practical experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies; Solid knowledge of AI-based solutions and automation projects; Ability to act as a technical reference without being a full-time developer.
