Itransition in MC, ES is seeking an AI Delivery Manager to transform AI concepts into practical business solutions on a full-time, on-site basis. You will help clients understand how AI can be useful, explaining technical aspects to non-technical stakeholders and guiding deployments to production readiness.

Responsibilities include leading multiple workstreams, advising on AI tools and certifications, and ensuring delivery success through hybrid or traditional methodologies while staying aligned

Formación

• 5+ years in Delivery Manager or Solution Lead with focus on AI solutions
• Strong understanding of AI/GenAI concepts (LLMs, RAG, AI assistants)
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted engineering tools
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methods

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager or Solution Lead, or similar, with a focus on AI solutions
• A good understanding of AI/GenAI concepts (e.g., LLMs, RAG, AI assistants, automation use cases) and the ability to apply them in business and process contexts
• Hands‑on experience with modern AI‑assisted engineering tools and agentic delivery approaches, acquired through direct practical use
• Strong understanding of technology platforms and systems integration
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies

Responsibilities

• Be part of high‑level client discussions, consult them on practical AI matters, and assist with turning their plans into reality
• Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously across disparate business and technology domains
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of AI solutions, drawing on hands‑on technical experience to ensure successful, production-ready deployments
• Advise teams on which certifications to pursue for different challenges, identify and introduce AI tools that optimize day‑to‑day employee workflows, and show how these tools can improve efficiency and reduce manual effort across business functions
• Keep pace with the rapidly evolving AI landscape - evaluate emerging tools, methodologies, and educational technologies, and proactively integrate relevant innovations into the practice
