Formación

• Опыт управления проектами не менее 3 лет, в т.ч. не менее 1 года в проектах ИИ.
• Опыт руководства техническими командами и поставкой решений.
• Практический опыт применения методологий Agile / Scrum.
• Глубокие знания в области ИИ-решений и проектов по автоматизации.
• Умение выступать техническим экспертом, не обязательно быть full-time разработчиком.

Responsabilidades

• Вести проекты искусственного интеллекта от инициации до поставки и перевода в сервис.
• Выступать в роли Project Manager и Scrum Master для ИИ-инициатив.
• Обеспечивать техническое лидерство, направлять архитектурные решения и согласованность решений.
• Координировать мульттидисциплинарные команды: ИИ, бэкенд, фронтенд, RPA, QA и безопасность.
• Следить за соблюдением контрактных сроков, SLA и требований к качеству.
• Быть основным контактным лицом для заинтересованных сторон заказчика.

Задачи

• Lead Artificial Intelligence projects end to end, from initiation through delivery and transition to service;


• Act as Project Manager and Scrum Master for AI initiatives;


• Provide technical leadership by guiding architecture and design decisions and ensuring solution coherence;


• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across AI, backend, frontend, RPA, QA, and security;


• Ensure compliance with contractual milestones, SLA, and quality requirements;


• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders;


• Identify and manage project risks, including AI-specific risks;


• Support critical incident management, including out-of-hours availability when necessary.

Требования

• At least 3 years of project management experience, including at least 1 year in Artificial Intelligence projects;


• Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and managing solution delivery;


• Practical experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies;


• Solid knowledge of AI-based solutions and automation projects;


• Ability to act as a technical reference without being a full-time developer.
