Una empresa internacional en crecimiento busca un Project Manager para liderar instalaciones de hardware en vehículos. Esta posición de respaldo por maternidad ofrece la oportunidad de gestionar proyectos complejos y colaborar con un equipo diverso. Se requiere experiencia en gestión de proyectos y habilidades de comunicación en inglés y español. Formación

  • 5 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos con enfoque en el cliente.
  • Habilidades de comunicación en inglés y español, italiano es un plus.

Job Description:

Our solutions are nothing without the installations of specific hardware into customers' vehicles. That's why we are looking for a Project Manager (Field Service) to make the installations a success! Please note that this is a maternity leave back-up position for 6-8 months.

This is an exciting position which offers you an opportunity to gain experience managing various stakeholders for the operations of an international company.

Here's a little taste of your challenge:

  1. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing complex installation projects of our solutions in Iberia and Italy;
  2. You will be the ambassador of the Field Service department in your region: presenting key updates to a large number of stakeholders;
  3. You will be enrolling and managing third-party installation partners (IPs) in the designated area;
  4. Work closely with the sales department in direct sales projects, both in the pre-sales stage as well as during the execution of a contract.

Who are you?

There is no set route to become an Associate Field Service Manager but to be successful in this role this is the kind of profile we have in mind:

  1. 5 years of experience in managing projects with knowledge of project management methods;
  2. Experience with customer-facing projects;
  3. Good communication skills to align with internal and external stakeholders in English and Spanish (if also Italian that would be a plus);
  4. Driven self-starter with a positive outlook, a can-do attitude, flexible and thinking outside the box;
  5. Ability to build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders;
  6. MS Office software, SalesForce is a plus;
