A global content experience company is seeking a Project Manager to oversee events, from conceptualization to execution. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in event management and possess exceptional organizational skills. Proficiency in Spanish and English is required. This role includes coordinating teams, managing budgets, and ensuring project quality standards. A flexible schedule and travel may be necessary for this hybrid position.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects related to events, special actions, and brand experiences from conceptualization to final execution.
  • Coordinate internal teams (creatives, production, accounts) and external vendors (venues, technical providers).
  • Develop and monitor schedules, budgets, and resources allocated to each project.
  • Supervise the production and logistics of in-person, hybrid, or digital events.
  • Serve as the main point of contact with clients, ensuring smooth and effective communication.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, branding, and safety standards in each activity.
  • Identify potential risks and proactively propose solutions.
  • Prepare post-event reports analyzing results and key learnings.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience managing events, special actions, or brand experiences in advertising agencies or production companies.
  • Solid knowledge of event production, logistics, permits, setup, and vendor coordination.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High proficiency in Spanish and English (oral and written).
  • Availability to travel and work flexible hours depending on the event's nature.
