Valeo Martos is seeking a P1 Project Manager to lead OEM/OES projects from concept to launch, coordinating budgets, resources, and cross-functional teams.

You will drive KPIs for profitability, quality, and readiness while shaping project performance across sites and ensuring timely delivery to Valeo and customers.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic or Telecommunications Engineering is required.
• Experience in P0/P1 project development (2–3 years).
• Experience in at least two other development functions (Quality, Process, Sales, or Purchasing).
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of product cost structures and payback periods.
