Valeo Group’s Martos plant seeks a Project Manager to lead assigned projects within the Visibility Systems Group, driving profitability, quality, and on‑time delivery. You will coordinate across functions and manage budgets, resources and stakeholder communication to ensure successful launches for automotive lighting and electronic products.

The role requires a degree in Electronics/Telecommunications, strong interpersonal skills, and 2–3 years of P0/P1 project development experience, plus

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic or Telecommunications Engineering.
• Experience in electronic product development processes.
• 2–3 years of P0/P1 project development experience.
• Experience in at least two other development functions (Quality, Process, Sales, or Purchasing).

• Operationally and functionally manage assigned projects.
• Manage OEM/OES projects (Components, Systems with known technological components).
• Achieve project KPIs regarding profitability, quality, and production readiness.
• Secure and monitor project resources.
• Resolve project issues through the Project Escalation process.
• Define and manage the budget, including sub-project budgets.
• Manage relationships with customers and coordinate communication within the team and with related projects.

The Mission

To guarantee Project performance objectives (Quality, Cost, Profitability, Delivery, and Timing) throughout project management. Ensure the coordination of the Project or System to achieve the launch of all projects in accordance with Valeo and Customer expectations.

Your Responsibilities

• Operationally and functionally manage assigned projects.
• Manage OEM/OES Projects (Components, Systems with known technological components, etc.).
• Responsible for achieving Project KPIs regarding profitability (product/development, Development Activity Payback, and Extended Margin), Quality, and Production Readiness.
• Secure and monitor Project resources.
• Resolve all project issues requiring support from relevant functions through the Project Escalation process.
• Define and manage the budget, including budgets for sub-projects within your project/system.
• Manage relationships with customers (local and central) and coordinate communication within the team and with associated P2/P1 projects.

What skills and experience are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electronic or Telecommunications Engineering.
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage a functional organization.
• Knowledge of product cost structures, payback periods, etc.
• Practical knowledge of the electronic product development process.
• Successful experience in P0/P1 project development (2–3 years).
• Experience in at least two other development functions (Quality, Process, Sales, or Purchasing).
