Valeo Martos seeks a driven Electronics/Industrial engineer to lead the technical development of Valeo Martos products. You will join a multidisciplinary, international team coordinating R&D across electronics, design, simulations, optics, and prototypes to meet customer requirements and deadlines.

You will translate customer needs into actionable plans, assign work packages, and manage product development while maintaining strong customer communications in a multicultural environment.

Formación

• Engineering degree in Industrial or Electronics.
• Consolidated experience in product development.
• Advanced level of English.
• Passion for the automotive industry.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical development of Valeo Martos products.
• Coordinate R&D activities across electronics, design, simulations, optics and prototypes.
• Serve as technical interface between Valeo and customer for technical matters.
• Break down customer requests and cascade internally.
• Track project planning to meet deadlines and assign work packages.

In this role, you lead the technical development of Valeo Martos products to meet customer requirements and deadlines. You work within a multidisciplinary, international team to coordinate R&D activities across electronics, design, simulations, optics, and prototypes. You act as the technical interface to customers, translating their needs into internal actions and ensuring project plans stay on track. This is an opportunity to shape lighting and electronics solutions for a major automotive supplier in a globally connected setting.
