Valeo Martos seeks a Test & Validation Design Leader to drive robust design and validation for automotive electronics and lighting solutions. You will lead an international, cross-functional team to meet cost targets and project milestones, ensuring alignment with customer and internal requirements.

You will partner with stakeholders to optimize resources and deliver high-quality engineering content in a fast-paced environment, with site-based responsibility and international exposure.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Plan, monitor and control activities per Engineering discipline PD and CPM.
• Oversee robust design and validation within budget and targets.
• Review internal and customer requirements and specifications.
• Perform or support design calculations, simulations, coding, and acceptance tests.
• Prepare and conduct engineering discipline design reviews.
• Interface with customers for engineering content.
• Manage detailed scheduling and budgeting for scope.
• Identify resource, equipment and investment needs.
• Lead and develop contributing team members.
• Regularly review alignment between needs and availability.

• Plan, monitor and control activities per Engineering discipline PD and CPM
• Oversee robust design and validation within budget and targets
• Review internal and customer requirements and specifications
• Perform or support design calculations, simulations, coding, and acceptance tests
• Apply standardization rules and justify deviations when needed
• Prepare and conduct engineering discipline design reviews
• Interface with customers for engineering content
• Report to Product Technical Manager/Leader/Engineer and management
• Manage detailed scheduling and budgeting for scope
• Identify resource, equipment and investment needs
• Break down activities to meet milestones
• Track scope spending and ensure alignment with budget
• Lead and develop contributing team members
• Regularly review alignment between needs and availability
• Be eligible for site-based role with international exposure
