WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

The CISO for PagoNxt is responsible for the coordination of all cyber risk management activities in PagoNxt and its subsidiaries. Responsibilities include:

Tasks and Responsibilities

1. Lead the Organization:
2. Set and supervise correct implementation for PagoNxt cyber security strategy in line with Santander Group’s Cyber Security Corporate Framework.
3. Lead the information security function across PagoNxt to ensure consistent and high-quality information security management.
4. Ensure alignment of objectives and priorities for PagoNxt subsidiaries’ CISOs.
5. Oversee the budget for the information security function, monitoring and reporting.
6. Implement the Strategy:
7. Implement the information security vision and strategy aligned to organizational priorities.
8. Support and enable adoption of Santander global defenses across PagoNxt.
9. Implement and oversee a comprehensive information security program.
10. Work with business units to facilitate information security risk assessment processes.
11. Build the Network and Communicate the Vision:
12. Create necessary internal networks among the information security team and line-of-business executives.
13. Operate the Function:
14. Drive implementation of Santander Group´s cyber security minimum requirements.
15. Implement a risk-based process for information security risk assessment.
16. Facilitate processes for information security risk and regulatory assessments.
17. Manage and coordinate information security incidents and events.
18. Establish Governance and Build Knowledge:
19. Set up a CISO governance model for oversight of subsidiaries’ CISOs.
20. Provide regular reporting on the current status of the information security program.
21. Develop and coordinate implementation of security policies.

Requirements

1. Education, Training and Previous Experience:
2. Experience in senior leadership roles in risk management or information security.
3. Degree in business administration or a technology-related field.
4. Technical and Business Experience:
5. Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements regarding Cybersecurity.
6. Understanding of information security management frameworks.
7. Knowledge and Skills:
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to lead and motivate teams.
10. Strong analytical skills and project management skills.
11. Personal Characteristics:
12. High level of personal integrity and judgment.
