Quadrante is seeking a Project Manager - Data Centers to lead multifaceted Data Center projects from design through commissioning in Spain. You will coordinate architecture, civil, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and security disciplines while ensuring schedule, budget and quality targets are met.

The role requires a senior background with 5+ years in project management for Data Centers, advanced English, and willingness to travel nationally and internationally (Spain and Latin America).

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management roles delivering Data Center projects.
• Strong leadership, coordination of multidisciplinary teams, budgets and deadlines.
• Advanced level of English is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (Spain and Latin America).

Responsabilidades

• Ensure on-time delivery within schedule, budget and quality across all phases from design to commissioning.
• Coordinate project resources and assign appropriate skills per phase.
• Oversee technical quality per standards such as Uptime Institute and TIA-942.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships and communications.
• Identify and support business development opportunities in Data Centers.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation and change management throughout the lifecycle.

The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a PROJECT MANAGER - DATA CENTERS to join our team and play a key role in delivering complex and high-impact building projects.

Job Responsibilities – What you will build:

In this role, you will contribute directly to shaping our future and creating tangible impact.

You will:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage multidisciplinary Data Center projects, ensuring effective coordination across architecture, civil works, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and security disciplines.
• Ensure the successful delivery of projects, meeting schedule, budget, and required quality standards throughout all project phases, from design and permitting through construction and commissioning.
• Effectively coordinate project resources, ensuring that the appropriate skills, expertise, and profiles are allocated to each phase of the project.
• Oversee the technical quality of project deliverables, ensuring compliance with applicable international standards and best practices for Data Centers, including Uptime Institute and TIA-942.
• Manage relationships with clients and key stakeholders, including operators, contractors, and other project parties, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and support business development opportunities within the Data Center sector, providing technical expertise in the preparation of proposals and in client interactions and meetings.
• Oversee project risks, identifying appropriate mitigation measures and proactively managing changes that may arise throughout the project lifecycle.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar project management roles, with proven experience delivering Data Center projects.
• Strong leadership skills, with proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing project schedules and deadlines, and controlling project budgets.
• Advanced level of English is mandatory.
• Data Center methodologies and standards: Knowledge of Data Center-specific methodologies and standards, such as Uptime Institute Tier Standards and TIA-942, will be considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, assess alternatives, and drive effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and effectively engage with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Willingness and availability to travel nationally and internationally, primarily across Spain and Latin America.
