FUNCTIONS

1. Meet the objectives of Ingenostrum in relation to clients and the different administrations involved in each specific case.
2. Control and organization of the documentation of each data center project.
3. Support management in the development of this business area.
4. Lead the team assigned to the project, defining guidelines, assigning tasks, and supervising internal and external resources.
5. Provide resource performance information and define project plan documents in coordination with the Project Controls department.
6. Monitor and control the progress and financial aspects of the project, including billing, costs, expenses, and cash flow.
7. Identify and manage project risks and ensure opportunity tracking.
8. Capture, analyze, and share lessons learned during the project.
9. Ensure formal project closeout as contractually agreed and promote formal acceptance by the client.
10. Live the core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for their own actions and taking care of their colleagues and the company.

Requirements

Experience:

Desirable experience of at least 5 years in Data Center project management and at least 10 years of experience in construction project management as Site Manager or Project Manager.

Skills:

1. Leadership and coordination of multidisciplinary teams.
2. Technical and management knowledge and ability to implement it to obtain the required results.
3. Project planning.
4. Cost management and control.
5. Elaboration and follow-up of schedules.
6. Client relationship management.
7. Effective reporting.
8. Fluent English (both written and spoken).

Education:

Industrial engineer (electrical, mechanical, etc.), electrical engineer, telecommunications engineer, public works engineer, or any other engineer with relevant Data Center experience.

2. Ability to adapt and innovate in a constantly evolving industry.
3. Contribute significantly to the successful execution and delivery of data center projects at Ingenostrum.
