That's why we're looking to recruit an outstanding Project Manager to join the Customer Success Team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Customer Success department projects:

identifying objectives, completing work plans, and monitoring them.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Customer Success projects, adding value to every interaction, from onboarding to renewals, retentions, cross-sell, etc.
  • Identify growth opportunities and optimize existing and potential channels.
  • Develop customized strategies adapted to each client and context, responding to the client's business objectives.
  • Work with the product team to adapt the product to the customer's needs.
  • Ensure the projects are implemented within contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
  • Prioritize and manage team tasks to ensure client commitments are met.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and focus on their satisfaction to manage the customer relationship.
  • Analyze customer adoption and usage of the product and offer strategic advice on maximizing and increasing results by utilizing the solution effectively.
  • Establish and monitor business KPIs using appropriate tools for proper measurement.
  • Achieve established goals through continuous optimization of results.
  • Develop dashboards for analyzing and interpreting results.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience working as a Project Manager for at least 3 years in software development and/or solution deployment projects.
  • Previous experience in customer experience/success or equivalent.
  • Professional level in French, English, and Spanish.
  • Able to meet deadlines and manage tasks effectively.
