Project Manager - Customer Experience & Digital Processes

Gram Group is a manufacturer of industrial scales focused on making advanced weighing technology more accessible and connected. We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that elevate the customer journey across our digital and partner channels. This role will be instrumental in improving customer-facing programs and internal processes, ensuring seamless experiences for our distributors, end users, and partners.

Tasks

  1. Lead the introduction and integration of third-party tools such as review platforms (e.g., Trusted Shops, Trustpilot).
  2. Define the vision and structure for a future warranty program that supports customer trust and satisfaction, preparing the groundwork for implementation in the coming year.
  3. Create, unify, and scale our Premium Partner Program across multiple markets.
  4. Improve the distributor onboarding process with a focus on clarity, speed, and digital enablement.
  5. Collaborate with marketing, sales, IT, and operations to drive consistent customer touchpoints.
  6. Identify and implement digital solutions to support customer-centric workflows.
  7. Monitor KPIs related to customer satisfaction, partner engagement, and onboarding efficiency.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in project management, preferably in a digital or customer experience context.
  2. Strong understanding of B2B or B2B2C environments.
  3. Familiarity with tools like Odoo, review platforms, CRM systems, Woocommerce, automation tools, and digital workflows.
  4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  5. Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making.
