We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance the customer journey across our digital and partner channels. This role will be key in improving customer-facing programs and internal processes, ensuring seamless experiences for our distributors, end users, and partners.

Tasks

  • Lead the integration of third-party tools such as review platforms (e.g., Trusted Shops, Trustpilot).
  • Define the vision and structure for a future warranty program to support customer trust and satisfaction, with implementation planned for the upcoming year.
  • Create, unify, and scale our Premium Partner Program across multiple markets.
  • Enhance the distributor onboarding process focusing on clarity, speed, and digital enablement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, IT, and operations to ensure consistent customer touchpoints.
  • Identify and implement digital solutions supporting customer-centric workflows.
  • Monitor KPIs related to customer satisfaction, partner engagement, and onboarding efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within digital or customer experience domains.
  • Strong understanding of B2B or B2B2C environments.
  • Familiarity with tools like Odoo, review platforms, CRM systems, Woocommerce, automation tools, and digital workflows.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
