The Information Technology department is looking for an IT Project Manager for CRM. He/She will be responsible for project management and service levels of CRM, with experience in managing the full software lifecycle.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid.

Responsibilities

Your role as Project Manager will involve:

• CRM project management: planning, coordinating, and understanding the needs of business areas to identify and specify technical solutions.
• Management and follow-up with business areas on IT projects.
• Management of providers for development and maintenance of supporting systems.
• Reporting to the Commercial IT Manager.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• An undergraduate degree, preferably in engineering.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong technical background: Microsoft technologies (.NET, SQL Server, Power Platform, Azure DevOps, CRM), web development (Java, REST API), and cloud computing.
• At least 5 years of experience in technical project management related to software development or IT solutions implementation, in consulting or IT companies.
• Experience with agile methodologies; certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master are a plus.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, as you will collaborate with IT functional responsible (business partners), users, vendors, and support teams.
