• Develop and maintain project cost, schedule, and budget plans to ensure that project objectives are met.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and develop risk management plans.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular reports to project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify and address project issues and develop solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, or a related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on project controls and proven experience through all project phases.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and techniques, including Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership skills required to lead and motivate team members to achieve project goals.
