Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for managing assigned projects and their day-to-day tracking, both internally and with clients, ensuring economic control of the projects. Responsibilities include:
- Understanding client commitments outlined in the accepted offer and/or contract, monitoring expected costs, keeping the PMS updated, and tracking billing and payment milestones.
- Organizing tasks (priorities and deadlines), coordinating team members and other departments involved in the projects.
- Managing and periodically reviewing technical updates, documentation, scheduling, design changes, and validation processes with relevant departments.
- Maintaining communication with clients and internal teams regarding all project-related matters.
- Participating in project negotiations, managing change controls and extensions with clients, preparing supplementary offers, and reviewing technical specifications, delivery times, and contractual clauses impacting the projects.
Requirements
Academic Training
Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is required.
Experience and Knowledge
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in machinery manufacturing companies or highly demanding technical and time-sensitive environments.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Experience in machinery manufacturing for the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with GMP standards and machinery qualification is a plus.
Languages
A minimum C1 level of English is required.
IT Skills
- Experience with Solid Edge is required.
- Experience with AutoCAD is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
- Experience with project management tools and/or ERP systems is required.
