Project Manager

Are you a solar project manager who wants to manage large-scale solar PV projects internationally? Do you like working autonomously in a supporting team environment? If so, we've got the opportunity for you. We are looking for someone to work with a leading developer and EPC on large-scale solar ground-mounted projects.

Working on multi-megawatt size projects from 20-100MW and larger, you will be involved in managing the EPC phase of international solar ground mount projects. To be right for this role, you need to have a good commercial understanding of projects from the sales support stage through to completion.

You need to be a pro-active project manager, who is solution-oriented and has managed projects larger than 10MWp before. You need to have experience selecting and managing sub-contractors as you will be the main point of contact.

You need to be open to travel; typically, this role is office-based or home-based, with up to 20% international travel per year to project sites, and client and subcontractor meetings. All of the people that we have introduced into this business have progressed into leadership positions; it's a business that is interested in promoting from within and rewarding their employees.

Some highlights:

1. Fully remote or office-based in Spain, both are flexible based on your preference.
2. Open to people relocating to Spain for the position - need to have the right to work in Europe / Germany.
3. International projects and travel.
4. Large-scale projects of 20MWp and above.
5. Working as the main EPC contractor in the value chain.
