Sodecia in Valencia, Spain is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex automotive projects from planning through execution, ensuring milestones, budgets and KPIs are met.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration, supplier sourcing, APQP/PPAP submissions, VA/VE initiatives, and customer-specific requirements while maintaining high standards of English and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Engineering background required.
• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience.
• Experience within the automotive industry.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP and automotive project management processes.
• PMI certification is considered an advantage.
• Ability to coordinate teams, suppliers, customers and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate, administer and financially control projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet milestones.
• Manage supplier sourcing, including RFQs, pricing, delivery and payment terms.
• Lead and monitor VA/VE activities and PPAP submissions for new programs.
• Drive cost-reduction initiatives and value engineering.
• Manage engineering changes and supplier activities.
• Lead project planning and program status meetings.
• Support resolution of technical and financial topics with customers.
• Ensure CSRs are implemented, reviewed, and monitored.

We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Valencia, Spain.

Your Role

As Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate projects from planning through execution, ensuring customer milestones, financial targets and project KPIs are achieved.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Planning, coordination, administration and financial control of projects
• Coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project and customer milestones
• Managing supplier sourcing activities, including RFQs, pricing, delivery and payment conditions
• Leading and monitoring Supplier APQP, production readiness reviews and PPAP submissions for new programs
• Driving Value Analysis / Value Engineering (VA/VE) and cost-reduction initiatives
• Managing engineering changes and key supplier activities
• Leading project planning and program status meetings
• Supporting the resolution of technical and financial topics with customers
• Ensuring the implementation, review and monitoring of Customer Specific Requirements (CSRs)
