YOUR MISSION

As a project manager at Lumibit, you will take end-to-end ownership of complex software projects with a strong focus on the automotive and mobility industry. From initial idea to go-live, you’ll plan, manage, and implement innovative digital solutions. Focusing on our German customers, very good German and English skills are needed.

You will translate complex customer needs into clear requirements and manage their implementation together with the development team. You bring structure to our projects, drive innovation, and ensure that our solutions create real added value.

YOUR PROFILE

• Several years of experience in managing software projects (e.g., as a project manager, product owner, or similar)
• Experience in leading teams and managing digital products
• Very good German and English skills
• Knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and modern software development processes
• Technical understanding (APIs, cloud technologies, databases, etc.)
• Strong communication skills in dealing with customers and teams
• Strategic thinking paired with a hands-on mentality
