Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for managing assigned projects and their day-to-day tracking, both internally and with clients, ensuring economic control of the projects, with the following responsibilities:

• Understanding client commitments outlined in the accepted offer and/or contract, monitoring expected costs, keeping the PMS updated, and tracking billing and payment milestones.
• Organizing tasks (priorities and deadlines), coordinating team members and other departments involved in the managed projects.
• Managing and periodically reviewing technical updates, documentation, scheduling, design changes, and validation processes with the relevant departments.
• Maintaining communication with the client and internal teams regarding all project-related matters.
• Participating in project negotiations: managing change controls and project extensions with clients.
• Preparing supplementary offers for the managed projects.
• Reviewing technical specifications, delivery times, and contractual clauses impacting the assigned orders.

Requirements

• Academic Training: Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience and Knowledge: At least 3 years in a similar position, preferably in machinery manufacturing companies or highly demanding technical environments.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience in machinery manufacturing for the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with GMP standards and machinery qualification is a plus.

Languages

A minimum C1 level of English is required.

IT Skills

• Experience with Solid Edge.
• Experience with AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with project management tools and/or ERP systems.
