Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for managing assigned projects and their day-to-day tracking, both internally and with clients, ensuring economic control of the projects, with the following responsibilities:
- Understanding client commitments outlined in the accepted offer and/or contract, monitoring expected costs, keeping the PMS updated, and tracking billing and payment milestones.
- Organizing tasks (priorities and deadlines), coordinating team members and other departments involved in the managed projects.
- Managing and periodically reviewing technical updates, documentation, scheduling, design changes, and validation processes with the relevant departments.
- Maintaining communication with the client and internal teams regarding all project-related matters.
- Participating in project negotiations: managing change controls and project extensions with clients.
- Preparing supplementary offers for the managed projects.
- Reviewing technical specifications, delivery times, and contractual clauses impacting the assigned orders.
Requirements
- Academic Training: Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience and Knowledge: At least 3 years in a similar position, preferably in machinery manufacturing companies or highly demanding technical environments.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Experience in machinery manufacturing for the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with GMP standards and machinery qualification is a plus.
Languages
A minimum C1 level of English is required.
IT Skills
- Experience with Solid Edge.
- Experience with AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with project management tools and/or ERP systems.
