El candidato ideal tendrá más de 5 años de experiencia en ventas de software empresarial, con un enfoque en soluciones de ciberseguridad impulsadas por AI / ML. Formación

  • 5+ años de experiencia en ventas de software empresarial y soluciones de ciberseguridad.

Expand the company’s presence in the Iberia market, focusing on acquiring new customers, particularly among IBEX 35 companies and large enterprises. The role is responsible for developing high-value strategic relationships, positioning the company's AI / ML-driven security solutions as the preferred choice for organizations managing critical data and compliance challenges.

Responsibilities

  1. New Business Development: Identify and acquire new enterprise customers in Spain and Portugal, with a primary focus on IBEX 35 companies and large organizations.
  2. Sales Growth & Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth through targeted sales strategies, ensuring the company’s solutions become the industry standard for AI / ML-driven data security.
  3. Strategic Account Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, IT security leaders, and key decision-makers, ensuring long-term business partnerships.
  4. Market Expansion: Develop and execute a market penetration strategy tailored to the Iberian enterprise landscape, leveraging industry insights and competitive positioning.
  5. Brand Awareness & Thought Leadership: Represent the company in industry forums, networking events, and conferences, reinforcing its reputation as a leader in AI / ML security solutions.

Qualifications

  1. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  2. Sales & Business Development Experience: 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, cybersecurity, or AI / ML-driven solutions. Proven success in selling to large enterprises, particularly IBEX 35 companies.
  3. Strong ability to engage with C-level executives and key decision-makers in large organizations. Experience managing complex, high-value sales cycles.
  4. Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus. Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  5. Ability to travel within Spain, Portugal, and internationally for client meetings and industry events.
