Overview: As a Project Manager at dyvenia, you will be part of the Delivery team supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of projects. The project managers work with technical teams to improve internal processes, support template creation and adoption, facilitate communication, and ensure alignment with Agile PMO frameworks (Scrum / Kanban / Waterfall) for major organizations.

Responsibilities

1. Develop project scopes and objectives involving relevant stakeholders;
2. Create detailed work plans identifying activities needed to complete projects;
3. Manage change by educating teams on quality standards and ensuring strategies are followed;
4. Coordinate project team activities, assign tasks, and adhere to timelines;
5. Ensure resource availability and monitor utilization;
6. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies;
7. Address issues proactively and troubleshoot problems;
8. Estimate resources and support Tech Lead in activity estimation;
9. Monitor project deliverables for quality;
10. Manage communication and stakeholder relationships;
11. Facilitate regular project updates and report progress and risks;
12. Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs;
13. Maintain project documentation;
14. Provide leadership and motivation to the team;
15. Identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements for Success

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in outsourcing;
• Knowledge of SDLC, best practices, and processes;
• Analytical mindset for solutions based on customer needs and profitability;
• Fast learner, solutions-oriented, and timely worker;
• Experience in collaborative environments and promoting teamwork;
• Advanced English skills (reading, speaking, writing);
• Soft skills: responsibility, proactivity, open-mindedness;
• Valued but not required: Fluent Spanish, experience with IT or analytics projects, proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps), data visualization skills, presentation skills, Scrum and Six Sigma certifications.
