A leading tech firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Spain to enhance eCommerce operations and manage cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, strong analytical skills, and experience in managing multiple projects. Responsibilities include leading project execution, supporting automation processes, and maintaining compliance with project governance. This role is critical in optimizing digital GTM strategies and ensuring successful project delivery.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in performance tracking tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).

• PMP or Agile certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end execution of projects across marketplaces and RPA initiatives.

About the Role: HP’s Digital Go-To-Market (GTM) team is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to support initiatives aimed at improving onsite page performance across all Direct to Customer eCommerce stores, marketplaces, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). This role will be key in managing cross-functional projects that enhance eCommerce operations, scalability, and digital efficiency. The Project Manager will work closely with process owners, RPA developers, analysts, and regional stakeholders to deliver impactful projects, track performance, and ensure seamless execution of digital GTM strategies. A focus will also be placed on optimizing Google Core Web Vitals for HP’s online stores.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management : Lead end-to-end execution of projects across marketplaces and RPA initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Manage projects related to web page performance optimization from conception to completion.
2. Marketplace Enablement : Support automation processes and onboarding of third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Shopee, Lazada).
3. RPA Coordination : Collaborate with RPA developers and process owners to identify automation opportunities, manage development sprints, and measure bot impact.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration : Act as the main liaison between business units, operations, and tech teams to align priorities, define requirements, and resolve blockers. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
5. Performance Monitoring : Support the creation and distribution of dashboards and scorecards. Use data insights to identify gaps and suggest improvements. Monitor key performance metrics and provide recommendations for continuous enhancement.
6. Documentation & Governance : Maintain accurate project documentation, ensure compliance with governance and approval processes, and deliver projects within scope, time, and budget.
