Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Barcelona, Spain - Hybrid

Job Type: Permanent

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to support initiatives focused on improving onsite page performance for all Direct to Customer eCommerce stores, marketplaces, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). This role will be instrumental in managing cross-functional projects that enhance our eCommerce operations, improve scalability, and drive digital efficiency across multiple areas of the company.

You will work closely with process owners, RPA developers, analysts, and regional stakeholders to deliver high-impact projects, track performance, and ensure seamless execution of digital GTM strategies. A key focus will be on continuously optimizing Google Core Web Vitals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Management: Lead and coordinate end-to-end execution of projects across marketplaces and RPA initiatives, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget. Manage projects related to web page performance optimization from conception to completion.
  2. Marketplace Enablement: Support automation of processes and onboarding of third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Shopee, Lazada).
  3. RPA Coordination: Collaborate with RPA developers and process owners to identify automation opportunities, manage development sprints, and measure impact of bots.
  4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between business units, operations, and tech teams to align priorities, define requirements, and resolve blockers. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
  5. Performance Monitoring: Support creation and distribution of performance dashboards and project scorecards. Use data to identify gaps, propose improvements, and monitor key performance metrics.
  6. Documentation & Governance: Maintain accurate project documentation, ensure compliance with governance and approval processes, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with performance tracking tools or dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
  • PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
