The ideal candidate has a BSc in Telecommunications Engineering and at least 1 year of project management experience. Sateliot is a Barcelona-based startup in the New Space sector, becoming the first satellite telecommunications operator to provide global and continuous connectivity to the entire Internet of Things (IoT) universe under the 5G protocol. To achieve this, Sateliot is launching a constellation of advanced nanosatellites at low altitude, acting as mobile towers. Sateliot complements large telecommunications companies by providing infrastructure where terrestrial technologies do not reach.

Your Mission

Your role will be to work within the technology team to help evolve Sateliot’s operations by managing projects related to clients and end users. You will organize the team effectively within an Agile environment or similar.

Main Responsibilities

1. Manage projects ensuring all deliverables are on time, within budget, and within scope.
2. Coordinate stakeholders to meet contract milestones within the specified cost and time constraints.
3. Ensure project planning, monitoring, and reporting provide accurate performance assessments.
4. Communicate plans, needs, and results to the Director and Department Manager.
5. Manage relationships with strategic partners essential for project delivery, including engagement in key customer activities.

Requirements

• BSc in Telecommunications Engineering with specialization in Project Management.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in project management.
• Experience with technology development projects, ideally in the Mobile Operator sector and Telecom systems.
• Organized, empathetic, proactive with strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical projects simultaneously.
• Good command of English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in IoT or Space companies.
• Experience with project management tools.
