Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for managing assigned projects and their day-to-day tracking, both internally and with clients, ensuring economic control of the projects, with the following responsibilities:

1. Understanding client commitments outlined in the accepted offer and/or contract, monitoring expected costs, keeping the PMS updated, and tracking billing and payment milestones.
2. Organizing tasks (priorities and deadlines), coordinating team members and other departments involved in the managed projects.
3. Managing and periodically reviewing technical updates, documentation, scheduling, design changes, and validation processes with the relevant departments.
4. Maintaining communication with the client and internal teams regarding all project-related matters.
5. Participating in project negotiations, managing change controls and project extensions with clients.
6. Preparing supplementary offers for the managed projects.
7. Reviewing technical specifications, delivery times, and contractual clauses impacting the assigned orders.

Requirements

Academic Training

Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is required.

Experience and Knowledge

At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in machinery manufacturing companies and/or highly demanding technical and time-sensitive environments. Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems is required. Experience in machinery manufacturing for the pharmaceutical industry is a plus. Familiarity with GMP standards and machinery qualification is also a plus.

Languages

A minimum C1 level of English is required.

IT Skills

Experience with Solid Edge and AutoCAD is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with project management tools and/or ERP systems are required.
