Project Manager Spain - Remote €60,000-90,000

Take full control of major renewable energy projects while shaping your own career path. You’ll manage large-scale solar builds with end-to-end responsibility, giving you the chance to make key decisions and leave your mark. With direct access to senior leadership and no red tape, you’ll move faster and think bigger.

Work remotely for most of the time, with just one week per month on-site or at customer meetings. Travel is fully covered, including car rental and accommodation, plus a daily allowance for expenses. You’ll also get time back for the days spent away from home.

What you’ll do You’ll lead the development of a 65MWp solar power plant, taking full ownership of project delivery. You’ll shape how things get done, from planning and scheduling to site supervision and final handover.

Key areas you’ll lead include : Technical, financial and operational planning, keeping everything on track for cost, quality and deadlines On-site supervision and commissioning, making sure the build meets your standards Managing customer and stakeholder relationships, including compliance and acceptance testing Supporting technical sales and helping win future projects Tracking progress, risks and open actions using your preferred tools

What you’ll need Project management experience in ground-mounted solar (10MWp+) Knowledge of working with large corporate customers such a (utilities, investment funds etc) Confidence managing budgets, timelines and teams across technical projects
