Position: Reports to: Marketing & Sales Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will lead the execution of medium-sized projects, ensuring all activities comply with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications, and targets. You will guide project team members to achieve project requirements, deliver contracted outputs, and meet project goals.

Work model: #hybrid

This role contributes to the Low Voltage Systems (part of Electrification Smart Power division) in Spain. Main stakeholders include internal teams: Engineering, Sales, Procurement, Finance, Operations; external stakeholders: clients, subcontractors, suppliers. You will provide regular updates on project status, risks, and strategic alignment to local leadership.

You will be mainly responsible for:

• Monitoring and controlling project progress, resource utilization, and financials.
• Leading the project team, establishing execution approaches, and overseeing planning, monitoring, and control activities.
• Identifying, managing, and mitigating project risks, and pursuing opportunities.
• Driving formal project acceptance, contract close-out, and customer acknowledgment, in accordance with contract terms.

Qualifications:

• Highly skilled in Electrical Engineering with project management experience across market segments such as Energy generation, Data Centers, Industry, etc.
• At least 5 years of experience managing medium-scale projects.
• Passionate about stakeholder communication, team leadership, problem-solving, decision making, adaptability, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Proficient in Spanish and English communication.
