The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex IT projects within the finance, banking, or insurance sectors. Spanish fluency is required for this role, and a high level of English is also essential. This position is based in Madrid and follows a hybrid work model.

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Strong proficiency with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Solid knowledge of project planning, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
• Familiarity with software development life cycles (SDLC) and IT delivery.
• Proven experience with project delivery in financial, insurance, or banking environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken) and high-level English.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Previous experience in the banking industry.
