About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager for the Service & Aftermarket team. The main responsibilities include project and construction management, design of water mist fire protection systems, coordination of projects, cost control, and billing with the Logistics and Finance Department. The position is based in Madrid and reports to the Service and Aftermarket Manager.

Key responsibilities:
  • Designing fire protection systems, creating project plans, and performing hydraulic calculations.
  • Supporting the Commercial and Technical departments through budget preparation and technical documentation.
  • Creating material requisitions, Bills of Materials (BOM), tracking orders, controlling costs, and managing material and equipment delivery.
  • Coordinating and communicating with all project stakeholders, including customers, installers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Solving technical issues during installation and performing quality control checks.
  • Completing site operational checklists and risk assessments.
  • Monitoring projects, updating documentation, and providing regular reports.
  • Performing financial follow-up, including billing, forecasts, and month-end closing.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, MS Office, and familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Motivated personality, results-oriented, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Mechanical/Electrical Engineering degree.
  • Knowledge of Revit/BIM software.
  • Previous experience in fire protection industry.
