As a Project Manager, you will apply your knowledge in managing digital campaigns and projects in close contact with the creative team and clients. You will be the main point of contact with the local client, receive their briefs, manage both local and international teams for operations and execution, and manage media deliveries with media partners.

Responsibilities

How you’d spend your day :

• Managing clients’ requests, establishing a direct relationship with the client’s team.
• Coordinating the internal team.
• Participating in client calls.
• Managing & scheduling the workload.
• Ensuring the executions meet the brands’ guidelines and quality standards.
• Coordinating external partners and resources when necessary.
• Proposing improvements and being proactive for the client / agency benefit.
• Managing the PG internal tools.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for :

• Experience in managing digital projects such as campaigns, social media, websites, and CRM.
• At least 2-3 years of experience as an account executive or project manager, preferably with international accounts.
• Advanced proficiency in English (C1 or more) – you will participate in calls in English, prepare materials, and send emails in English. This will be assessed by the Talent Team in the interview.
• Capacity to deal with complexity and multitasking.
• Good communication skills, dynamic, flexible, and proactive.
• Open to new ideas and change.
