Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for managing assigned projects and their daily tracking, both internally and with clients, ensuring economic control of the projects. Responsibilities include:
- Understanding client commitments outlined in the accepted offer and/or contract, monitoring expected costs, updating the PMS, and tracking billing and payment milestones.
- Organizing tasks (priorities and deadlines), coordinating team members and other departments involved in the projects.
- Managing and reviewing technical updates, documentation, scheduling, design changes, and validation processes with relevant departments.
- Maintaining communication with clients and internal teams regarding project matters.
- Participating in project negotiations, managing change controls and extensions with clients.
- Preparing supplementary offers for managed projects.
- Reviewing technical specifications, delivery times, and contractual clauses impacting the orders.
Requirements
- Academic Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in machinery manufacturing or high-demand technical environments.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Experience in machinery manufacturing for the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with GMP standards and machinery qualification is a plus.
Languages
Minimum C1 level of English required.
IT Skills
- Experience with Solid Edge and AutoCAD required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
- Experience with project management tools and ERP systems preferred.
