The ideal candidate has an engineering degree, over 3 years of relevant experience, and a C1 level in English. Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for managing assigned projects and their daily tracking, both internally and with clients, ensuring economic control of the projects. Responsibilities include:

  • Understanding client commitments outlined in the accepted offer and/or contract, monitoring expected costs, updating the PMS, and tracking billing and payment milestones.
  • Organizing tasks (priorities and deadlines), coordinating team members and other departments involved in the projects.
  • Managing and reviewing technical updates, documentation, scheduling, design changes, and validation processes with relevant departments.
  • Maintaining communication with clients and internal teams regarding project matters.
  • Participating in project negotiations, managing change controls and extensions with clients.
  • Preparing supplementary offers for managed projects.
  • Reviewing technical specifications, delivery times, and contractual clauses impacting the orders.
Requirements
  • Academic Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in machinery manufacturing or high-demand technical environments.
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
  • Experience in machinery manufacturing for the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with GMP standards and machinery qualification is a plus.
Languages

Minimum C1 level of English required.

IT Skills
  • Experience with Solid Edge and AutoCAD required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
  • Experience with project management tools and ERP systems preferred.
