Formación

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in tech project management.
• PMP or similar certification (preferred).
• Fluency in English & Spanish is mandatory.

• Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, production, procurement, sales, development) through all project phases.
• Coordinate with internal departments and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Build strong customer relationships, manage expectations, and identify upsell opportunities.
• Support and mentor junior team members while promoting a culture of continuous learning.

What you Bring to the Table

• A degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or similar.
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in tech project management (electronics, software, or transport systems).
• PMP or similar certification (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of project tools such as MS Project, and experience in risk and stakeholder management.
• Fluency in English & Spanish is mandatory. Other languages are a plus.
