En este papel, serás responsable de gestionar múltiples proyectos, coordinar recursos y garantizar la entrega dentro de los plazos establecidos. Formación

• 4-5 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos o Scrum Master.
• Capacidad para comunicarse en inglés y español de forma fluida.

• Gestionar y entregar proyectos tecnológicos y comerciales dentro de los plazos y presupuestos acordados.
• Facilitar sesiones de descubrimiento para entender los requisitos del cliente.

Descripción del empleo

• The position is remote, and the candidate can be located anywhere in Europe.

Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.

In this position you will…

Effectively manage and deliver tech and business-related projects within agreed scope, time, and budgets. Strategize and coordinate resources with internal and external teams using cross-disciplinary approaches. Monitor and report the progress, development, and completion to stakeholders and ensure delivery of projects within bolttech Europe.

You will be responsible for…

• Delivering client-focused & bolttech’s Internal projects within applicable scope, time and budget.
• Understanding customer needs and bolttech’s business objectives and establish project scope and goals.
• Formulating Project Charter, Responsibility Assignment Matrix (RACI) and manage project flag off session with the project team.
• Ensuring resource availability and allocation for the project, with the help of project sponsor.
• Facilitating the discovery sessions for requirement understanding from Client and Partners.
• Gathering and consolidate acceptance criteria (deliverables) from each of the departments that are involved in the project delivery.
• Supporting business requirement elicitation, gathering and validation.
• Overseeing identification of issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
• Developing detailed project plan and correct critical path.
• Structuring governance and controls based on the standard framework of bolttech. Monitor progress based on the plan and take corrective actions when required. Ensure that bolttech’s project standards are implemented throughout the project delivery.
• Leading Project Steering meetings with Client and Internal project team (e.g. stand-up).
• Identifying and prioritize risks; plan for mitigation and contingency as required. Manage / escalate in timely manner for any support required.
• Managing changes to the project scope, schedule, and budget when necessary.
• Facilitating project tasks with different departments, lines of business, clients and partners; communicate and manage relationship with project stakeholders (internal, team, clients, partners, and vendors) and work closely with product owners or managers for the flawless execution of projects.
• Providing status updates and prepare project reports on regular basis.
• Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Creating and maintaining project documentation / records as per the defined processes.
• Conducting retro and close project.
• Managing multiple projects at a time depending on complexity, leading project teams of varied sizes and in cross country environment.

You will require the following qualifications and skills

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
• 4-5 years of working experience specific to Project Management or Scrum Master.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish languages (verbal and written).
• Proven experience in delivering Client-focused solutions in insurance, telco, digital, and / or retail domains, with regular client facing and business stakeholder management.

Nice to have

• Thrived in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting project deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
• Technical development experience or ability to understand and communicate technical information.
• Formal training certification in Project Management global standards.
• Exposure to Agile Project Management and development processes would be an added advantage.
• Occasional travelling for short periods may be required.
