Play a key role in supervising the Execution SGS/TWM Projects Portfolio, ensuring alignment with business goals and effective resource management.

Lead the team of Project Managers, overseeing project execution to ensure completion on time, within scope, and within budget.

Ensure project deliverables are consistent with designs received from the Design Team.

Guarantee proper handover of information to the MO Team responsible for operations.

Develop and maintain a detailed projects portfolio master plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

Coordinate cross-functional teams—engineering, marketing, sales, customer support—for project alignment and successful execution.

Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues throughout the project lifecycle.

Communicate project status, progress, and changes to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.

Ensure all projects adhere to company standards and best practices.

Monitor project performance, ensuring KPIs are met, providing timely advice on deviations, and planning corrective actions.

Determine critical requirements from cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Foster a collaborative, innovative, and positive team environment, promoting continuous improvement.

Recommended Profile
  • Master's Degree in Engineering.
  • Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role managing complex projects.
  • Experience managing and developing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Familiarity with water treatment technologies (Design, Construction, Commissioning, Start-up).
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership ability and stakeholder management skills.
  • Synthesis, pragmatic approach, and an agile mindset for multidisciplinary topics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
Context / Environment
  • Report functionally to the Central Engineering Manager within the Sustainable Growth Organization.
  • Coordinate activities of Project Managers dedicated to SGS/TWM solutions, ensuring workload distribution.
  • Maintain regular communication on project performance to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor team performance, highlighting risks and needs to senior management.
  • Home-based position in Spain.
  • Preferably familiar with water and wastewater treatment technologies and plant operation & maintenance.
  • Knowledge of engineering drawings (P&ID, mass balance, etc.).
  • Track and report project KPIs to ensure financial and operational targets are met.
  • Proficient in project management tools like MS Project.
  • Awareness of safety, environmental legislation, and CE certification in Europe.
