Play a key role in supervising the Execution SGS/TWM Projects Portfolio, ensuring alignment with business goals and effective resource management.
Lead the team of Project Managers, overseeing project execution to ensure completion on time, within scope, and within budget.
Ensure project deliverables are consistent with designs received from the Design Team.
Guarantee proper handover of information to the MO Team responsible for operations.
Develop and maintain a detailed projects portfolio master plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Coordinate cross-functional teams—engineering, marketing, sales, customer support—for project alignment and successful execution.
Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Communicate project status, progress, and changes to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
Ensure all projects adhere to company standards and best practices.
Monitor project performance, ensuring KPIs are met, providing timely advice on deviations, and planning corrective actions.
Determine critical requirements from cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Foster a collaborative, innovative, and positive team environment, promoting continuous improvement.
