Una empresa de diseño y producción busca un profesional creativo y organizado para unirse a su equipo en Valencia. Este rol implica colaborar con equipos de arquitectura y gestión de proyectos, diseñando y gestionando una variedad de proyectos, desde interiores y muebles hasta eventos y tiendas pop-up. Se valoran habilidades en comunicación y gestión de proyectos, así como experiencia con software de diseño como Autocad y herramientas de modelado 3D. Formación

• 3-5 años de experiencia en roles similares.
• Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.

Responsabilidades

• Colaborar en el diseño y desarrollo de conceptos espaciales.
• Controlar costos y gestionar el presupuesto del proyecto.
• Coordinar y gestionar el desarrollo del proyecto y trabajos en sitio.

Acierta is a design & production house with offices in Spain, UK and France operating throughout the globe. Founded in 2005, we are a team of experienced specialists in creativity, production, logistics and installation in any kind of Retail, Events and Hospitality projects.

We are looking for a talented, creative, resourceful and open minded person to join our Valencia office.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, have excellent organization and representation skills as well as an interest for project management and capacity to work simultaneously in various fast paced projects. They will be working alongside the Architecture and Project Management teams, designing, developing and also project managing a wide range of projects:

• Interior design and furniture
• Pop up stores
• Window displays
• Events

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborating with the team designing and developing spatial concepts in line with the brand identity, understanding project requirements, design intent, and client preferences.
• Used to work with drawing packages, including space planning documents, construction drawings and joinery details with the highest drawing standards.
• Understanding and handling of accurate 3D models as well as rendering visuals and graphic documents (hand sketches, moodboards, conceptual images…)
• Helping to create and maintain drawing libraries and drawing quality and CAD standards.
• Controlling costs and managing budget.
• Time management: Elaborating, updating and controlling of retroplannings. Project planning and guarantee of timelines.
• Coordinating and managing project development and on-site works.
• Coordinating and communicating with suppliers, manufacturers, and contractors to ensure accurate pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.

SKILLS

• The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with great conceptual vision, outstanding technical and organization skills as well as highly organised.
• Strong in communication with clients as well as internally with the direct team and all other departments of the company (logistics, installation, technical development etc.).
• Capable of managing different projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
• Managing from large scale WW productions to one off bespoke installations.

BACKGROUND

EXPERIENCE:

• Ideally 3-5 year experience in similar roles.

LANGUAGES:

• Spanish
• French

SOFTWARE:

• CAD software: Autocad / other.
• A plus: 3D Modelling & Rendering software: Sketch up / Rhinoceros / Vray / other.
• Office package.
