We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong product mindset to oversee and manage the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to successful delivery. In this role, you will drive product-focused initiatives, ensuring they align with business objectives and create meaningful impact.

As a Project Manager, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, media buying, and data science, to deliver innovative and impactful AdTech solutions. You will work closely with the Delivery Manager, ensuring processes are continuously refined, aligned with team and company goals, and deliver real results that support our priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Organization: Collaborate directly with team leaders and the delivery manager, document, and optimize processes that enhance efficiency and cross-functional coordination.
• Operational & Incident Support: Act as a point of contact for operational requests from the team, ensuring timely resolution and smooth management of business incident flows.
• Initiative Delivery: Take ownership of delivering multiple strategic initiatives across the business unit.
• Project Oversight: Lead, control, and monitor project delivery, including initiatives such as structuring and maintaining a centralized Confluence knowledge base and driving innovation projects like the integration of AI tools.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, with a strong focus on process management and delivering value.
• Ability to think strategically and act with a product mindset.
• Strong understanding of AdTech, digital marketing, or related fields.
• Experience working with AI, ML, or data science teams is a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
• Advanced expertise with Jira for project management, tracking, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Certification in Agile and Project Management.
• Experience in a product company with a data-driven approach.
• Previous experience in the AdTech industry is a plus.
