A leading engineering company is looking for a qualified Project Manager to oversee project execution from handover to final acceptance. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering, PMP certification, and at least 4 years of project execution experience. Proficiency in MS Office and Power BI is essential. Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory, with French as a plus. This role offers an opportunity to lead diverse projects in a multicultural environment.
Plan, organize, and control assigned projects from handover to final acceptance.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Manage project scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality throughout the lifecycle.
Lead customer communication and stakeholder engagement.
Ensure compliance with GEA processes, certifications (ISO9001, ISO14001), and ESG guidelines.
Support procurement strategy and monitor supply chain actions.
Handle scope variations, risk assessments, and project reporting.
Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Finance for international project arrangements.
Promote continuous improvement and contribute to lessons learned.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably Engineering)
PMP or equivalent certification (preferred)
4+ years’ project execution experience, ideally as Lead Engineer/Group Manager
Proficient in MS Office, Power BI, ERP; MS Project knowledge a plus
Strong understanding of project finance & contract management
English (C1 mandatory); French a plus
